Week 2 Day 4 // Full Body HIIT Workout + Abs (With Weights)

We will be adding weights to some of the exercises for added resistance. Lots of powerful moves in this one today but remember to listen to your body and do what feels right for you! If you need some ideas on how to make any of the jumping moves low impact check out this video: Breakdown: Full Body HIIT x2 rounds each 40sec work 20s rest Ab workout x 2 rounds 20sec work 10sec rest Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, exercise mat or other soft surface. *Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form.
