GoPro Karma Drone Crash 11/02/16

GoPro Karma Drone 11/02/16. Flying in perfect weather, no winds. Took off from flat surface (baseball field). Tried out orbit feature that worked well. Motor made odd sound while descending and crashed. Contacted Ryan L. at GoPro support. He was very friendly and assured me they would take care of this and have me up and flying again soon. I gave him all requested serial numbers and link to this video. I’m hoping they either repair or send new drone, as I am sure this wasn’t user error. I will updat
