Carnival Time (television) Television show; aired on March 4, 1962. Directed by Hamilton S. Luske. Ludwig Von Drake hosts a look at the major carnivals held in Rio de Janeiro and New Orleans, aided by José Carioca and Donald Duck respectively in the two cities. This program includes negative depictions and/or mistreatment of people or cultures. These stereotypes were wrong then and are wrong now.
