Put the cheese in the hot whey, stretch and twist many times. We put the mass into a mold and stabilize the cheese in cold water for 10 minutes. After that we put the cheese in salted water for 1 hour. Smoke the cheese by cold smoking for 10 hours on the fruit sawdust. Homemade Milk Hard Cheese🧀.
