Demonstration of Steiner’s Porism

Using unit-circle-preserving Moebius transforms to demonstrate Steiner’s Porism, and an extension to it (presumably somebody else has already discovered this), that a Steiner Chain of any length n can be constructed with the center circle at any point within the unit circle.
