This weeks special guest is Amanda Kind Raised on the west coast in White Rock, British Columbia, Amanda Kind is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and vocal coach now living in Waterloo, Ontario. After spending her teenage years obsessed with everything from Alanis Morrisette, No Doubt, and Green Day to Mariah Carey, Ella Fitzgerald, and Barbra Streisand, Amanda left home to pursue a music career at 18. She trained at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Canadian College of Performing Arts, and Conrad Grebel College at the University of Waterloo. In 2017, she attended the Vocal Pedagogy Professional Workshop (VPPW) at the Boston Conservatory. With a powerful voice and wide range, Amanda has sung everything from opera and musical theatre to pop, rock, country, and jazz. Amanda is an avid singer and songwriter who has released music in a variety of styles. Check out her music on all major streaming platforms.
