The Bodhi is a dynamic, whole-body suspension system the challenges core strength, balance and flexibility.
It is used for core activation and breath to initiate spinal mobility. It increases core strength and causes the spine to articulate inflexion, stimulating the intrinsic muscles necessary for stabilization and support of the body’s joints.
