My Macrame Bassinet Project

Hey you! Thank you for being here! Before you try to make yourself a Macrame Bassinet please watch this video all the way through. Please know that this is NOT a tutorial. I don’t want anyone upset about “not giving enough info” I just filmed the process of me creating this bassinet. I had NO pattern and made it up as I went. I used 3 spools of 4mm 3ply cotton rope. You can find it on my website Please note that you can use 2 if you do a more simple design and make the bassinet less deep. The copper pipe I got from Home Depot along with the wooden base I had cut there. If you try making this or a similar bassinet please make SURE to hang it in a stud in your ceiling and make sure the four straps coming down are secure. Never leave your baby unattended. For the mattress inside I ordered a custom FLAT bassinet mattress from Etsy. In this video you’ll see a DocATot inside the bassinet. I don’t recommend using one for inside.
