Sonic 3 - Dr. Robotnik’s Laughing Animation (Green Screen)

Just an FYI, He doesn’t laugh in Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic 3 & Knuckles and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Complete, he only laughs in Sonic 1, Sonic 2 and CD. Just Another FYI, his Name is NOT Dr. Eggman, It’s Dr. Robotnik (or Classic Eggman in Sonic Generations). It is the ONLY Name he has in the Classic Sonic Era Until Sonic Adventure where he is Dr. Eggman (or Modern Eggman) in the Modern Era.
