Express celebrated Hollywood’s hottest SceneMakers at a party in L.A. last weekend, and everyone showed up dressed to impress. Mark Salling from “Glee,“ the Jonas Brothers, Lindsey Shaw from “Pretty Little Liars“ and Minnie Driver all took a timeout from partying to give us a shout.
