While the front of this disc is the two Newcleus songs, which you can find pretty much everywhere else, the B-side is one song by lesser known Aleem and two tracks credited to Steve Yano and Brian Foxworthy - these two are the ones I’ve bought this record for, since I knew for a fact that Yano and Foxworthy are real wax-cutting DJs, so I’ve hoped for some early 90’s turntable-made mix. And it was just what I’ve bargained for. The only downside though is that it turned out both of these tracks were released on CDs pretty much back in those same years: they were featured as Skanless Electric Funk Mega-Mix on the first and third discs of Street Jams: Electric Funk compilation.
