Russian Security Sercives Use Data from Taxi Apps to Oversee People

Starting September 1, the Federal Security Service of Russia will have round-the-clock access to information about movements by taxi service Yandex. The corresponding decree has already been signed by the Prime Minister of the Federation, Mikhail Mishustin.
