Rekha is at her graceful best dancing to the lovely composition of Vasant Dev and Laxmikant - Pyarelal. UTSAV is based on 2nd-century BC Sanskrit play, Mrichakatika (The Little Clay Cart) by Shudraka. The story is about a courtesan, Vasantsena (Rekha), and her chanc
