I was never a big fan of the Power Pop Revival of the late 90s/early, 00s, but there were exceptions, and most of those exceptions were Japanese bands like this one. Huge hooks and a perfect feel for the era put this A-Side from their 2nd 45 up there with the best examples of the time like Firestarter, Tweezers and First Alert.
