This video was launched by the National Consensus Government of the State of Palestine as part of the Government’s presentation of its National Early Recovery and Reconstruction Plan at the Cairo Conference on 12 October 2014. In July 2014, an Israeli military operation was launched on video highlights the extent of the damage Gaza has endured during the seven-week assault.
