Toe Touch Back Stretch | Mobility | Strength and Conditioning Exercises
Stand upright with your feet at shoulder width position and hands in front of you. Lower your hands down your thighs while bending down until you reach your toes, grab both feet (if you can) and hold the stretch for the required length of time. Return to the starting position and repeat the stretch ensuring your knees only bend slightly throughout the movement. This exercise is a hamstring stretch and back mobility exercise.
