Brooklyn Pull ups Stronger with AGE

This is ole(2011) vs the old(2019) Zef. This one of my favorite routines,with every recovery I use this routine to gauge how much work I need to get done. very simple routine: 5 muscle ups/ 5 SBD’s , 4 muscle ups/ 4 SBD’s ------to 1/1. I have a lot of work to to with plenty of footage, I truly appreciate your support and I’m trying my best to create quality content.
