Nordic walking - what’s it all about? Well as you can see we don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we DO take fitness seriously. Nordic walking turns ordinary walking into a total body workout by using specially designed poles. It’s outdoors, sociable, fun and is great for all fitness levels.
