Ingredients:
pork chop - 1.5 kg ( lb)
salt - 10 g ( oz)
black pepper - 5 g ( oz)
For the filling:
prosciutto - 150 g (5.3 oz)
red bell pepper - 100 g (3.5 oz)
mozzarella - 150 g (5.3 oz)
green olives - 50 g ( oz)
For the sauce:
oil - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g ( oz)
garlic powder - 10 g ( oz)
cinnamon - 5 g ( oz)
brown sugar - 10 g ( oz)
soy sauce - 60 ml (¼ cup)
mustard - 30 g (1 oz)
beer - 150 ml ( fl oz)
Tray size 25 X 30 cm (10 x 12 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/40 minutes
For the garnish:
potatoes - 500 g ( oz)
oil - 200 ml ( fl oz)
garlic - 4 cloves
rosemary - 10 g ( oz)
salt - 8 g ( oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g ( oz)
