Palestine Ambassador grilled over origin of deadly Gaza hospital strike

Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Australia Izzat Abdulhadi engaged in a heated discussion with Sky News Australia host Peter Stefanovic over who is responsible for the deadly strike on a crowded hospital in Gaza. An attack on the al-Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital in central Gaza City killed at least 500 people. Mr Stefanovic claims the chances of a misfire are “considerably higher” due to Hamas keeping munitions in built-up civilian areas. The Palestine Ambassador attributes the hospital blast to Israel based on a “history of bombarding” from the state. Mr Abdulhadi also clarifies the need to wait for an outcome of a “thorough and credible investigation” into the strike, before making an accurate assessment.
