My Sig P320 fired on its own in the holster and tried to shoot me! (P320 X-Five)

Part 2/Clarification video here: My Sig P320 X-Five (2019 mfg date) tried to shoot me while in the holster at a local steel challenge competition. Luckily I was able to avoid permanent injury as the bullet hit my knife instead of my leg. ***This is NOT meant to bash Sig. I am simply trying to get information out there.
