Ne (quartet) in isolation

Mikhail Puchkov. Ne (quartet) for accordion, domra, cello and saxophone Polytemporal music for 4 self-isolated musicians. Each performer has his own tempo and theme. “Ne“ means “neon“ and also “not“ in Russian. Neon does not form bonds with other elements, that’s why it called inert. Each instrument in this music is also inert and only occasionally modifies patterns. This video was made in the open-source software Flowblade with the Bodhi Linux distro. Наз
