Street musician uses rhum bottles to entertain pedestrians in Philippines’ Cagayan de Oro
It’s amazing what some people are capable of coming up with using common items we take for granted. With loads of talent and ingenuity, a street musician provides an unusual roadside entertainment to passersby, striking up holiday tunes using no more than water-filled rhum bottles and a pair of spoon. I chanced this man several days before Christmas 2011 while walking the streets of Carmen during a coverage in Cagayan de Oro after Sendong wreaked havoc in the city. Like him, life goes on.
