1) Never take steroids. They make your skin thick and not transparent, also pump your muscles with superfluous water.
2) Consume no more than 100 gr carbs per day PERMANENTLY (one day off a week allowded).
3) Develop your fibres, not liquid environment around them! So, don’t do pump and supersets! Your strategy - 5-6 reps for basic and 7-8 reps for isolated exercises (momentary mascular failure and ideal technique required).
