It’s always a story for me🤪 This year was about battling who I used to be as an athlete and who I’m becoming, redoing workouts for the first time in a few years, and surrendering my expectations. It’s hard to reinvent yourself as a person and especially as an athlete BUT 7 years into my career that is exactly what is happening and needs to happen for longevity.
