How to stop a nosebleed: Tips from an ENT surgeon. In this video I explain 1st aid techniques you can do to stop a nose bleed as well as things you can do to avoid a nose bleed in the future. Basically high blood pressure doesn’t cause nose bleeds, but having a high blood pressure will certainly make an insignificant nose bleed become much worse and difficult to treat.
