It was between this and Yankee Rose and I felt this one had the easier guitar parts, but even then it took a while to get them ingrained in my head haha. But like my cover of Whitesnake’s ’Now You’re Gone’, I had a lot of fun trying to decode Steve Vai’s playing. Getting all the parts up to speed took a while and with my work being quite busy at the moment, it took a few more days than I would’ve liked, but I’m glad I got it up before Christmas. That way I can wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Thanks for all the support and I’ll see you in the New Year! Love this song as an example of how you can stay on the same bass note in the chorus! I also think it’s the best use of a delay pedal (or rack) during the guitar solo.
