“Russian Missile“ Kills 51 In Kharkiv, Putin Says Ukraine War “Not territorial“, Zelesnky Warns EU

Ukrainian President said at least 50 people have been killed after a Russian missile hit a food shop in Kharkiv in Ukraine. Interior Minister Igor Klymenko said the victims had gathered for a wake of a fellow villager who had died. Klymenko also said that Russia used an Iskander missile to hit the cafe and supermarket based on preliminary findings. Meanwhile, Kyiv has appointed three deputy defence ministers after mass sackings at the department. Ukrainian President has said he wants to strengthen Ukraine’s air defences as he arrived for a summit with European leaders. In Granada, Zelensky told that reporters maintaining Western unity was the “biggest challenge”. Former EU President Jean-Claude Juncker said that Ukraine is too “corrupt” to join the EU.
