Dana Linn Bailey Drop Set

Getting Big DLB style with huge drop sets!!! So if your looking for something super intense to the point of throwing up, try a crazy drop set. The whole purpose of drop sets is to completely fatigue the muscle. With this exercise (seat row) I do one arm at a time. I start with 4 plates on each side and rep out till failure. Once both arms have complete, drop 1 plate and rep out till failure again. I do this all the way down to 1 plate on each side. There is little to no break in between, so plan to sweat your face off and possibly throw up ;)
