Every Saturday morning I make this wonderful breakfast. Instead of pumpkin, I add peppers or other vegetables.
For the recipe:
- 2 tomatoes
- 150 grams pumpkin
- 1 spoon of green onion
- 1 small spoon of spices
- bread with lard
- butter and vegetable oil for frying
