GMS animation film from Universal Postal Union, UN agency

The Global Monitoring System (GMS) allows UPU designated Posts to monitor the quality of their mail services with RFID. The film is an invitation to UPU member countries that have not yet signed up to join this affordable and state-of-the-art measurement system.
