Summer Carp fishing in a cold water river (guess what I didn’t catch)

My Strawberry Honey Carp Pack Bait works! My Carp springs? Not so much. It’s summertime and most of the water around me is very hot! With the exception of this river! I wanted to try fishing in cold water in the summer to see if I could land a big Carp. The Carp were here and I got to see a BIG Carp (the wake at the beginning of the video!) however my gear decided to fail on me. Thankfully I have some new gear ordered.
