Unissued / unused material. Belsen Concentration Camp, Bergen-Belsen, Germany. M/S a Polish Roman Catholic priest and camp prisoner speaking into microphone in Polish, we see camp buildings behind him. Various shots the German S.S. camp guards unloading emaciated bodies into mass grave (natural sound - British soldiers shout at guards). M/S Reverend R.J. Stretch, a British Padre from Aberystwyth speaking into microphone (natural sound): he says he is speaking on St. George’s Day and that the British soldiers have been at the camp eight days, during which 5000 bodies have been buried, another pit behind Stretch is waiting to be filled. Various shots of German camp guards speaking to camera in German (natural sound): they give their names, home towns, ages and positions at camp, including number of years they worked there.
