San Juan, Puerto Rico. Commentary states 14 buildings enclose over half a million square feet of classrooms and shops. $15 million worth of equipment, donated free by War Assets Administration. Designed to provide skilled manpower and brainpower for Puerto Rico’s new industries, the school presents 50 courses. 3500 students, most of them veterans are already enrolled, with a waiting list of 22,000 more.
