Sterny, on a motor bike with a companion in the side car. They are driving so slowly M. Sterny has time to read newspaper and smoke a cigarette. Angle shot windmill. Various shots of M. Sterny being congratulated by M. Cabril, the Mayor of Montmartre, as he crosses the finishing line. Gendarmes hold back crowds as Cabril rides slowly past. Quirky!
