The judges enter and everyone in the courtroom stands, including Hermann Goering who is in the dock. Everyone sits. Various shots of chief prosecutor Jackson interrogating Goering about his co-operation with the Nazi government and his loyalty to Adolf Hitler. Jackson asks Goering if any of the other defendants in the dock did not co-operate with Hitler, pan to show other Nazi war criminals. Jackson asks questions in English, Goering replies in German.
