Boy Scouts. Location of events unknown. Boy Scouts’ rally; inspection; demonstration of skills. First; Scouts standing in rows; as leader inspects the group; shakes hands with some of them (this section has a lot of damage). Pan across field; where Boy Scouts spread out holding flags; suddenly a lot of other Scouts run forward from BG up to the line. Pan over boys scattered over the field: some stand holding poles with pennants; some are mock fighting with the poles; falling about; etc. Shot of boys running & jumping on bicycles. Then shot of a group of boys in a contest to assemble a cart; working with great speed and teamwork. In BG more teams doing same. Then GV teams of boys running and pulling their wagons in a race.
