Bonn, Germany. Bonn constitution signed. Documentation states delegates of all West German states signed the new German constitution and founded the Bundesrepublic Deutschland, a federal republic. Bonn was selected the capital as the new capital. The town is the HQ of the Belgian Occupation forces in Germany.
