Nakano’s izakaya district was thriving because it was Saturday. However, most shops will close at 8 pm as an emergency is being declared. The recommended spot around Nakano Station is the Nakano Sun Mall Shopping Street, which continues in front of you when you exit the north exit of Nakano Station. The main street is a lively shopping street with chain stores, drug stores, clothes stores, restaurants, karaoke stores, etc. The sideways off the main street is like a maze, and there are many unique shops and hidden famous shops, so a detour is also recommended.
