Skies lit up over Rapid City, South Dakota on Wednesday evening as several rounds of thunderstorms formed over the Black Hills and provided a dazzling lightning show. This timelapse sequence shows over half an hour of cloud development, lightning flashes, and frequent cloud-to-ground bolts.
