He has contributed to more than 500 projects, including his own work. Miller is best known for his career as a bass guitarist where he practices the ’slap technique’, also known as flapping bass. He also plays the piano, bass clarinet and soprano saxophone. At this concert Marcus Miller & Special Guests features musicians Roy Hargrove (trumpet), Candy Dulfer (saxophone) and DJ Logic. This performance was added at last minute because of cancellation of Amy Winehouse due to exhaustion.
