The Castle in the Sky

He forms his opened hand into a tight fist. A vast area, roughly one hundred kilometers in radius is separated from the ground. He lets go of his tight fist. His hand sits opened, with his palm facing the sky. Now he brings his hand down, bringing the giant area with him. It descends for roughly three kilometers before stopping. He can finally rest alone. In peace. Finally, he wouldn’t have to shoulder this burden for anyone else. He could face it all alone.
