Chinese style fondant cakes wowed the judges of UK’s Cake International Competition
Zhou Yi, a post-80s man, is known for making Chinese style fondant cakes. His famous work includes “Wu Zetian“ and “Lie Drunk in Nepenthic Land“. He and his team won the International Best Prize at UK’s Cake International Competition. It was the first time for Chinese teams to win the prize. He considers making cake a way of expressing his thought.
