Mitsubishi will debut yet another plug-in hybrid concept at this year’s Paris Motor Show. The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Concept-S takes the production Outlander PHEV and adds more aggressive styling. The plug-in’s front end has been completely reworked, with new, more streamlined headlights and a unique front fascia.
