Can you stealth the OVERDRILL in 2023?

The original PAYDAY: The Heist secret, or the First World Bank secret (also available in PAYDAY 2, of course). Can you do it in stealth? It is widely known that one of the pre-requisites to trigger the beeping noise and the red flashing light is for the heist to have gone loud. If you try to get into position while the heist is in stealth, nothing will ever happen. However, recently someone sent me a link to a privately shared guide which claimed there was a setup to start the OVERDRILL in stealth.
