12 Hour Walk: April 15, 2022 | Winterthur, Switzerland

The annual 12 Hour Walk in New York is a walking race held by students of Sri Chinmoy to commemorate their spiritual teacher’s arrival in the United States on April 13th 1964. On April 15th, 2022, members of the Sri Chinmoy Centre in Winterthur, Switzerland who were unable to participate, organized a walking event in their community. Some take the Walk as a spiritual pilgrimage and are not concerned about the distance, others try to challenge themselves by trying to cover as many miles as they can.
