Scratch Building “Clutch“ The Industrial Vacuum Robot

In this video, I scratch build a miniature robot named “Clutch“ using a small engine fuel filter and other items from my junk bins. For this project I looked to one of my all-time favorite childhood toys, the Armatron from Radio Shack, as inspiration for the build. I incorporated clamp-like hands for the robot that are reminiscent of the gripping claw on the original toy. Custom weathering and distressing round out this exciting build.
