Object 279 Nuclear Warfare Tank

Object 279 was a Soviet tank designed to fight in Nuclear environment it could withstand the Heat and Shockwave of a Nuclear blast it could fight on cross country terrain inaccessible to conventional tanks the ground pressure did not exceed the tank weighed 60 metric tons it was powered by a 1000hp 2DG-8M Diesel engine it’s maximum speed was 55 km/h with a rang of 300 km the unique shape of the tank prevented it from overturning if hit by a Shockwave from a Nuclear Blast on July 1960 Nikita Khrush
