Using the “Segno“ from Philippo Vadi

The Segno is an image in Vadi that summarises and brings together much of his fencing advice into a single device. However it is difficult to work with from a modern perspective and often overlook by HEMA practitioners. In this video I talk a bit about how it is central to Vadi’s view of his own system, and give some advice for using it to adapt your own fencing.
