Watch live coverage as SpaceX launches a Falcon 9 rocket with another batch of second-generation satellites for Elon Musk’s Starlink internet service. Liftoff from pad 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station is scheduled to launch at 9:40 p.m. EDT (0140 UTC) on Friday, Apr. 12. The first-stage booster making a record-breaking 20th flight will land on SpaceX’s drone ship ’A Shortfall of Gravitas’, stationed in the Atlantic Ocean, about eight and a half minutes into the flight. The mission, designated Starlink 6-49, will be the 25th launch of Starlink satellites this year and the 38th flight of a Falcon 9 rocket.
